By placing an order with Q Albums, you agree to the following terms.

Placing an Order

Select your preferred product, then upload your chosen photos through a secure link. Once our team completes a quality check, we send a payment link to confirm and begin your order.

Your Photos

You confirm that you own the rights to every image you submit, and that you keep your own copies of the original files.

Design Approval

Once you approve your design, it's printed exactly as confirmed, including all text, spelling, and image order. Please review it carefully before approving.

Design Revisions

Up to two rounds of design changes are included before final approval.

Natural Materials

Linen and leather are natural materials. Variation in grain, tone, and printed colour between pieces is expected and isn't treated as a defect.

Cancellations & Refunds

Covered in full under our Refund Policy.

Damage in Transit

Report any transit damage within 7 days of delivery. Our liability is limited to repair or replacement of the affected item.

Warranty

Defects in binding, materials and workmanship are covered for one year from purchase, excluding accidental damage, liquid exposure and normal wear.
